BeWise s.r.o. (“BeWise”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Vietnamese Drill mobile application (the “App”).

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and shared when you use Vietnamese Drill.

By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

Vietnamese Drill is designed as a language-learning application.

Depending on how you use the App and which services are enabled, certain information may be processed to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the App.

The App may process information such as:

• device and operating system information;
• application version and configuration information;
• anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers associated with the device or installation;
• technical information and diagnostic information;
• information about App usage and interactions;
• crash and error information; and
• information required by third-party services integrated into the App.

Vietnamese Drill does not require you to provide personal information such as your name, postal address, or telephone number in order to use the basic language-learning functionality of the App, unless a particular feature explicitly requires it.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the App.

Third-Party Services

Vietnamese Drill uses third-party services provided by Unity Technologies to provide advertising, analytics, and in-app purchase functionality.

The App currently uses the following Unity services:

Unity Ads

Unity Ads is used to provide advertisements in the App.

Unity Ads may process information such as device identifiers, approximate location, technical device information, advertising-related identifiers, and information about interactions with advertisements.

Depending on applicable law and your location, consent or privacy choices may apply to personalized advertising and related data processing.

Unity Analytics

Unity Analytics is used to understand how users interact with the App and to analyze App performance and usage.

Unity Analytics may process information such as an anonymized or pseudonymous player identifier, device information, session information, and information about events and interactions within the App.

Unity In-App Purchasing (Unity IAP)

Unity IAP is used to provide and manage in-app purchases.

Purchase transactions are processed through the applicable platform, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. BeWise does not receive or store your complete payment card details.

Unity IAP may process information required to manage and validate purchases and associated transaction data.

If additional third-party services are integrated into the App in the future, their privacy practices may also apply.

Advertising

Vietnamese Drill displays advertisements using Unity Ads.

Unity Ads may process device and advertising-related information, including device identifiers, approximate location, technical information, and information about interactions with advertisements.

Unity may use this information for purposes including providing advertisements, measuring advertising performance, fraud prevention, security, and related analytics.

Depending on your location and applicable privacy laws, you may be presented with consent or privacy choices regarding personalized advertising and the processing of your information.

In-App Purchases

Vietnamese Drill may offer optional in-app purchases.

Payments are processed through the applicable platform through which you obtained the App, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

BeWise does not receive or store your complete payment card details.

Unity In-App Purchasing may process information necessary to validate and manage purchases, including transaction-related information and technical identifiers.

The processing of payment information is also subject to the privacy policy and terms of the applicable app store.

Log Data

In the event of an error or crash, we or our third-party service providers may collect technical information known as Log Data.

Log Data may include information such as:

• device type and model;
• operating system version;
• App version;
• application configuration;
• crash and error information;
• date and time of use;
• diagnostic information; and
• other technical information necessary to identify and resolve problems with the App.

This information is used to maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Vietnamese Drill.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Vietnamese Drill itself does not use browser cookies as a primary means of storing information.

However, third-party services integrated into the App may use SDKs, device identifiers, cookies, or similar technologies as part of their services, including advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, or diagnostics.

• in-app purchase services;

Vietnamese Drill is not directed specifically at children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we become aware that we have unintentionally collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vietnamese Drill mobile application (the “App”) operated by BeWise s.r.o. (“BeWise”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Vietnamese Drill, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

Vietnamese Drill is a language-learning application designed to help users study Vietnamese vocabulary and practice language skills.

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You must not:

• copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute the App or substantial parts of it without authorization;
• attempt to extract or reverse engineer the source code of the App, except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law;
• create derivative versions of the App without authorization;
• misuse the App or interfere with its operation or security; or
• use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, user interface, graphics, text, vocabulary databases, content, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to BeWise s.r.o.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

Updates and Changes to the App

We may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Vietnamese Drill from time to time.

Updates may be required to maintain compatibility, security, functionality, or access to certain features.

We do not guarantee that every feature of the App will always remain available or that the App will always be compatible with every version of every operating system.

Advertising and Third-Party Services

Vietnamese Drill contains advertisements and uses third-party services.

Third-party services may have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies.

Vietnamese Drill currently uses Unity services for advertising, analytics, and in-app purchases.

The applicable Unity Terms of Service are available at the Unity Terms of Service.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

In-App Purchases

Vietnamese Drill may offer optional in-app purchases.

All purchases are processed through the applicable app store, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

The availability, pricing, billing, refunds, and management of purchases may be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable app store.

Internet Connection and Mobile Data

Certain features of Vietnamese Drill may require an Internet connection.

You are responsible for any charges imposed by your Internet or mobile network provider, including mobile data, roaming, or other communication charges.

BeWise is not responsible for charges incurred from your use of mobile data or third-party network services.

Device and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device on which Vietnamese Drill is installed.

We recommend keeping your device’s operating system updated and avoiding unauthorized modifications such as jailbreaking or rooting where these modifications may compromise the security or functionality of the device.

Availability of the App

We aim to keep Vietnamese Drill available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system.

The App may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, network failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimer

Vietnamese Drill is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain the App and its educational content, we do not guarantee that:

• the App will always be available;
• the App will be completely error-free;
• the educational content will always be complete or accurate; or
• the App will meet every user’s individual requirements.

Vietnamese Drill is an educational tool and does not guarantee any particular learning outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeWise s.r.o. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using Vietnamese Drill at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary, including in response to misuse, security issues, violations of these Terms, or circumstances requiring us to discontinue the App.

Upon termination, your right to use the App under these Terms ends.

Privacy

Your use of Vietnamese Drill is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, and shared.

The Privacy Policy is available on this page and at the location where these Terms are published.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the beginning of these Terms and publish the updated version through the appropriate App or website.

Your continued use of Vietnamese Drill after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
